1. What Any Markets is

Any Markets is a trading platform that offers synthetic perpetual futures and cash-settled options on crypto tokens, tokenised stocks and real-world assets. Positions are settled against a platform balance. Deposits and withdrawals move real ETH on Robinhood Chain.

The platform is the counterparty to every position and every option contract. You are not trading with other users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Any Markets. You must not use the platform if leveraged or derivative trading is prohibited where you live, or if you are a person or entity subject to sanctions.

By connecting a wallet you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Risk

Leveraged trading carries a high risk of loss. A perpetual position can be liquidated and you can lose your entire margin. An option can expire worthless and you can lose the entire premium.

Prices come from third-party sources such as DexScreener and Chainlink. They can be delayed, wrong or unavailable. Low-liquidity tokens can move sharply. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited once the on-chain transaction is confirmed and verified. Send ETH only from a wallet you control, and only on Robinhood Chain. Funds sent on another network or to the wrong address cannot be recovered.

Withdrawals are paid from the platform treasury and are capped at your deposits plus realised profit less prior withdrawals. Withdrawals may be delayed for security checks.

5. Fees and pricing

Option premiums include a house spread. Custom pair creation and liquidity additions carry the fees shown at the time of the action. Fees can change and the current values are shown in the app before you confirm.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. Any Markets never asks for your private key or seed phrase. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your trading.

You must not use the platform to manipulate prices, exploit pricing errors, or interfere with its operation.

7. Availability and changes

The platform is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be available at all times, or free of errors. We can pause markets, change leverage limits, change listed assets or suspend the platform where we consider it necessary.

We can update these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Any Markets is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform, including trading losses, price feed errors, network outages, smart contract or wallet failures, or unauthorised access to your wallet.
